Customer Service Policy

Nicolene Williams Couture is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website’s pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery time frames are between 10 -16 working days. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within two business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a back order or a full refund.

Payment

Payment is by way of cash, eftpos, or credit card into our account only.
 
All orders will be processed in NZ Dollars.
 
Once funds have been received and cleared, we will courier your items to your nominated postal address

We use Direct payment Solutions ( DPS) to provide the most secure payment system available. DPS is one of NZ's Leading online payment solutions using their new generation payment express system.

At Nicolene Williams Couture, your personal online security is important to us. Our website uses the industry standard security protocol Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems.

Order processing

Standard delivery time frames are between 11 -16 working days from the date of the order. 
All orders will be processed and ready to be sent within ten working days. At Nicolene Williams Couture we do not do bulk production of pieces. Therefore each garment is manufactured with care to your specifications upon receipt of your order, which takes a little longer. If for any reason we are unable to meet this dispatch turnaround we will contact you to advise.
 If ordered on a weekend day or public holiday, your order will be processed on the first following working day.

Please be aware that our online inventory updates on a daily basis, so there may be the odd occasion where an item may have been sold just prior to your order and is still showing as available. When this is the case, you will be contacted via email and advised.
 

Shipping 


All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Nicolene Williams Couture to you. Once the parcel has been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for they are no longer covered by insurance.

Important
At Nicolene Williams Couture we take great care to prepare your parcel. However, when receiving a consignment that maybe torn open, badly crushed or damaged in any way, please be sure to NOTE this when signing for the goods for your own protection and coverage. Signing for a parcel without any notifications effectively confirms it has been received by the consumer in good condition.

Please note we are unable to send to PO boxes as a signature is required upon delivery.
When checking out, please supply us with a physical address, such as a workplace, where there will be someone present to sign for your item between the delivery hours of 9am - 5pm weekdays.

We take no responsibility for charges or delays incurred at the receiver's end as this can vary depending on the rules of customs in each country.

Shipping Within New Zealand
All deliveries within New Zealand are sent overnight via NZ Post, at NZ $12 (includes tracking number and insurance)
 We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number. Use this number any time to track your parcel's progress. 
 
 
Shipping to Australia
All deliveries to Australia within 2-3 working days via NZ Post, at NZ $30 (includes tracking number and insurance)
 We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number. Use this number any time to track your parcel's progress. 
 
Rest Of The World
All deliveries to the rest of the world within 2- 6 working days via NZ Post, at NZ $50 (includes tracking number and insurance)  We will email you a confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number. Use this number any time to track your parcel's progress. 
 

Returns Policy
We invite you to make queries into any matters concerning our products whether it be sizing, fabric, colour, brand – whatever you may wish to discuss prior to and after purchasing. We also recommend that you check your purchase order against your receipt as soon as you receive and try on item/s to determine if any returns or exchanges are required.

All garments will be quality-checked before being sent to you.

Exchanging items based on a ‘change of mind’ will incur the cost of the courier.

If you wish to return any item for any reason, please email us first to let us know your intention to return the goods and your reason/s why.
 
You may return any product, within 10 days of receipt for New Zealand orders, and 20 days for international orders. Items must be returned unused, unaltered and unwashed. All original packaging and labeling must be returned in good condition also.

Returns are to be made to:  Nicolene Williams Couture, 2 Wentworth Drive, Rototuna North, Hamilton, 3210.

Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty. All goods will be inspected on return.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent damage to the items or boxes. We recommend you use a postal service or courier that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please email us as soon as possible to reserve another item. Initial and return shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
 

Cancellations

Orders can not be cancelled once payment has been made .
 

Customs Information


Title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Depending on the destination you may have to pay additional taxes or import duties. Nicolene Williams Couture will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from Nicolene Williams Couture, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

How Do I Return An Item?
Complete and enclose the return/exchange form included with your shipment or request a return online. Securely repackage your item. We suggest you select an insured shipping or postage method. You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Nicolene Williams Couture does not accept responsibility for packages we do not ship ourselves. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. Send your package to:

We will advise you once we have received your goods.

Once your item has been received by us, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five working days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from care of Fashion Projects.
 
How Long Will Processing Of My Exchange Take?
Once your item has been received by us your new item will be sent to you within  11  working days (for NZ orders). 14 working days (for Australia); and 16 working days for the rest of the world. Once the item has been sent, we will advise you of the item’s tracking number and expected arrival date.
 
What Do I Do If My Item Is Faulty?
If your item is faulty or does not correspond with the item that you ordered, you may return or exchange it. Please contact us as soon as you discover the fault. Once we receive the item we will repair, replace or refund the item within 11  working days (for NZ orders). 14 working days (for Australia); and 16 working days for the rest of the world. Once the item has been sent, we will advise you of the item’s tracking number and expected arrival date. Please note on the return / exchange form your preference in this regard. If the item is faulty we will refund to you the costs of returning the item and cover the shipping costs for the replacement or repaired item.

 

Colour Variation

Please note that the colour of our products represented on your monitor may differ slightly to the physical item. If you have any concerns regarding this, please contact us to discuss further. Every effort has been made to portray the colours of our products that appear on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the actual colours you see depend on the monitor you are using, we cannot guarantee that your monitor is representing the colour correctly.
